Most customers are unfamiliar with what to do when they are in an accident. This is an infrequent occurrence for most people, but very stressful when it does occur. At Boots, we want to be with you every step of the way as you navigate confusing territory. We not only help take care of your car, but also help you understand the claims process.

We pride ourselves in listening to your concerns and guiding you through the maze of accident-related paperwork. We regularly work with insurance representatives, and are familiar with the process. We will review the estimate with you, answer any of your questions, and make sure that your car is back and running as soon as possible. Our rates are based on pricing standards within the industry, and we guarantee our work for as long as you own the vehicle.

We also want you to feel comfortable asking us questions. Here are some questions to ask your repair facility:

  • What type of equipment do you have in the refinish and metal areas?
    Heated down-draft paint booths and measuring systems are the norm. If your shop doesn't have a measuring system, it cannot guarantee that your car's unibody is within industry standards.

  • What type of guarantee do you provide?
    Our work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle.

  • Do I choose a body shop, or does my insurance company?
    You are not required to use a particular shop. You can choose the body shop to perform your repairs, not the insurance company or a third party.

Drive safely to prevent collisions by avoiding multi-tasking when you're behind the wheel. Any distraction while youčre driving can be a hazard to you and others, so keep focused on the road!
